Mic (Sony ECM-DS70P) --> iriver H120 with rockbox (www.rockbox.org) - 16/44 uncompressed --> SoundForge (slight EQ, smooth compression, start/end fades) Thank you to Jessica, Efrim, Scott, Thiery, Beckie, Ian, Sophie and the sound/venue people for the wonderful show! Hope you have a good tour in N-America, then come home exhausted but fulfilled. Thank you to Jerusalem In My Heart for the mezmorizing opening piece! The intermission was actually over 20 minutes long. I drew curtains on it and made it only a minute to spare you the bore of listening to crowd noise. Hopefully it will be transparent.

Taper: RITaper Location: centre, back of pit, in front of FOH mixer Source: (AUD) Google Pixel 4a (Audio Recorder by Axet) > FLAC (16/44.1) Lineage: Source > REAPER v7.41 (mastering) > FLAC (level 8, 16/44.1) Mastered by RITaper Notes: Apologies for the wonkiness during BBF3, along with the occasional changes in treble. I had to move around a bit to let some people through. I intended to use my actual recorder (Zoom H4n Pro,) but I forgot my SD card as home, so I had to make do with my phone. Mastering details - EQ, multiband compression on bass, stereo widening on treble, general stereo widening, resonance reduction via soothe 2. Additional resonance reduction done with ZL Equalizer

LINEAGE: Shure MV88 > IPhone 14 Pro > MOTIV Audio App WAV > Mastered and split in Adobe Audition to 24bit FLAC COMMENTS: Godspeed take two...This time my recording of them didn't turn out terrible, in fact, it turned out great! (In my opinion). Their set was a bit shorter than the last time I saw them, and the audience was more rowdy but I still enjoyed this show almost as much as OKC 2022. I was located basically in the same spot I was for OKC (right in front of Moya) but this time I elected to point my microphone at one of the speakers on stage facing the audience instead of Moya's monitor. For the opener I placed it next to his amplifier, so the vocals are a bit obscured. I couldn't identify any of the songs they were playing, if you know then feel free to tell me! Sounds better than it did live I was there this evening, right next to a wall. The bass was absolutely deafening. My bones rattled. It was an incredible show and thank god I had earplugs. It's really nice to go back and revisit that evening where I can actually hear the instruments in good quality (and in stereo!). Thanks for making this.
